What we collect

The photo you upload, and — if you buy — your email address and payment confirmation (payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider; we never see your card number). No accounts, no profiles.

What we do with your photo

Your photo is used for exactly one purpose: generating your passport photo. It is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our AI processing provider (Google's Gemini API, under its paid API terms, which do not permit using your data to train models) and returned to your browser.

How long we keep it

Photos are deleted from our systems automatically within 48 hours of processing (download links stop working after 24 hours). We do not build a photo archive, and we never use your photos for marketing, training, or anything else.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, buttons clicked). We also run the Google Ads tag, which tells us whether an advert led to a purchase. It sets cookies and reports that a sale happened — it is never sent your photo, and we do not share your email address with Google.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold (in practice: your order email, since photos are already deleted) by emailing support@passportphoto.digital. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
