The guarantee

If a photo that passed our compliance checks is rejected by the issuing authority for a reason our checks cover (head size, eye position, background, expression, format), you get a full refund of the purchase price.

How to claim

Email support@passportphoto.digital within 90 days of purchase with: (1) the rejection notice from the authority (photo or screenshot), and (2) the email address you used at checkout. We process valid claims within 5 business days.

What's not covered

Rejections for reasons unrelated to the photo's compliance — for example an expired application, wrong document type, or a photo older than 6 months at the time of submission — and photos you modified after downloading.

Before you pay

Remember: checking is free, and you see the full compliance report and preview before paying. If a check fails, don't buy — retake instead. Payment is always your call.
